HD Mon City is located on Le Duc Tho Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The southeast of the project is adjacent to Le Duc Tho street. The southwest is adjacent to Ham Nghi street. The Northwest borders Nguyen Co Thach street and the Northeast borders the lake park. The land for the construction of the Mon City project has a total area of 6.8 hectares, divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 is a high-rise area consisting of 2 apartment buildings with 30 floors, 2 basements and 2 commercial and service floors, providing about 891 apartments. The total floor area of 2 towers is 86,600m2. The area of each apartment ranges from 52.6 to 86m2, designed including 2-3 bedroom apartments, double apartments, penthouses and penthouses. The internal utility system of the project includes an international school system such as Vietnamese-Japanese school, Vietnamese-Australian school, elevated railway, green park, commercial center.
