HD Mon City is located on Le Duc Tho Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District,Hanoi. The southeast of the project is adjacent to Le Duc Tho street. The southwestis adjacent to Ham Nghi street. The Northwest borders Nguyen Co Thach street andthe Northeast borders the lake park. The land for the construction of the Mon Cityproject has a total area of 6.8 hectares, divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 is a high-risearea consisting of 2 apartment buildings with 30 floors, 2 basements and 2commercial and service floors, providing about 891 apartments. The total floor areaof 2 towers is 86,600m2. The area of each apartment ranges from 52.6 to 86m2,designed including 2-3 bedroom apartments, double apartments, penthouses andpenthouses.
