Frasers Property developed its first property in 1980 with the building of The Centrepoint, a landmark shopping centre in the heart of Singapore’s Orchard Road. We were then the property division of Cold Storage Limited.

In 1990, we became a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited, a diversified business established since 1883. From owning one shopping centre in the 1980s, we have become a multinational company listed on the SGX-ST, with businesses across five asset classes. The assets range from residential, retail, commercial and business parks, to logistics and industrial properties in Singapore, Australia, Europe, China and Southeast Asia. In addition, we have a well-established hospitality footprint that spans more than 70 cities.
